Director of Aftermarket Parts and Services

Job purposeEnsight Solutions is looking to add a Director of Aftermarket Parts and Services to our team.
This is an important role that will elevate EnSight's mindshare with our customers while supporting them technically so they can focus on their objectives.
As the Director of Aftermarket Parts and Services you will help drive the profitability of EnSight by growing our parts sales and focusing on parts pricing strategy and margins.
Additionally, you will help focus our internal efforts to provide the best customer service for our customers possible.
The main objective for this role is to maximize customers up time and support them by providing exceptional customer service and field services to them to maintain and upgrade their equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Improve the current proactive parts and service selling strategy.
Determine an optimized strategic pricing model for all aftermarket parts and services.
Responsible for managing stocking levels on critical parts to fulfill customer needs and meet company goals.
Monitor and optimize parts pricing as necessary to increase profitability.
Oversee and manage all Field service activities.
Develop and execute a preventative maintenance service program strategy.
Develop the field service strategy, determine resources needed to accomplish growth targets.
Travel as needed to customer sites and special events in order to maintain market education and innovation.
Collaborate with marketing and engineering to develop service documentation to better support our customers service needs.
Collaborate with the Director of Engineering and Innovation to determine desirable improvements on all our equipment based on service feedback and serviceability needs.
Collaborate with the EnSight director team to develop a Roadmap for new products launches.
Provide annual strategies to the President with expected sales revenues and necessary resources to accomplish the goals and objectives.
QualificationsQualificationsEducation Bachelor's degree in marketing, engineering, business administration, or other related fields.
Specialized Knowledge and Experience At least 3 years of experience in capital equipment.
Experience in Aftermarket parts and service preferred.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Skills and AbilitiesPC Skills Microsoft Word - Advanced level Microsoft Excel - Advanced level Microsoft PowerPoint - Advanced level Microsoft Outlook - Advanced level Microsoft Project - Proficient preferred Salesforce CRMOther Skills Demonstrated ability to think strategically, problem-solve and make decisions.

Mechanically Inclined Ability to be an adaptable leader, and positively work through frequent changes.
Must be able to interact professionally, appropriately, and courteously with customers, co-workers, and other outside parties.
TravelA minimum of 50% travel is required for this position.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
